Kayaking

The Turks & Caicos is an exceptional destination for kayaking and paddle boarding. There’s a tremendous variety of settings and sights, from verdant mangrove wetlands, to sheltered and sandy lagoons.

Fishing

The Turks & Caicos features a healthy and pristine marine environment, and consequently our fishing is excellent.

Our islands offer the perfect setting for several types of sport fishing. Due to our marine plateau topography, the Atlantic depths and great deep-sea fishing is only minutes away, the shallow and turquoise Caicos Banks support incredible bonefishing, and we have extensive barrier reefs for bottom fishing.

The Caribbean spiny lobster season in the Turks and Caicos Islands opens annually from August to March (specific dates vary by year) and is much anticipated by locals and visitors alike. Once the season opens, it’s the perfect time to get your lobster fix as restaurants will add lobster dishes back to their menus. While our traditional lobster dishes (hashed lobster, lobster salad, grilled lobster, etc.) can be found throughout the islands
